Indiana County, PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Indiana County say a bicyclist was killed early Wednesday morning after being struck by a pickup truck along Old Route 119 in White Township.
County coroner Jerry Overman identified the victim as Noah Chappell, of Indiana.
Officials say Chappell was reportedly traveling southbound, near 550 Old Route 119, when he was struck by a Ford F-150 pickup truck.
Investigators say Chappell was pronounced dead at the scene, just before 5 a.m.
Overman says Chappell suffered multiple blunt force trauma injuries and his manner of death has been ruled accidental.
Officials say state police and Indiana Borough police are investigating.
