Game Commission officials discussed many changes at Saturday's Board of Commissioners meeting, all of which will receive a final vote at the next meeting in April.

Game Commission officials discussed many changes at Saturday's Board of Commissioners meeting, all of which will receive a final vote at the next meeting in April.

The release says that some of the proposed changes would include new rules for the dual-carrying of bows and muzzleloaders, changes to deer-tagging requirements and the simplifying of mentor programs.

The Board of Game Commissioners also announced proposed changes to the number of D-map permits that hunters can receive and that archery and raccoon seasons may be extended.
